What does SMB SOFT do?

Can you install an on-premise AI in my company?
Yes. We deploy AI agents based on open source language models running with Ollama on your own servers, without sending your data to a cloud service. They integrate with your OCR-enabled document management, your ERP and your industrial projects: document search, data extraction, writing and task automation.
Where does SMB SOFT work?
Our head office is in Allainville-aux-Bois (78660), in the south of Yvelines, France. We work on site around Rambouillet, Ablis, Dourdan and Saint-Arnoult-en-Yvelines, across the Paris region and neighbouring departments, and remotely anywhere in France and abroad.
Do you build custom ERP software?
Yes. We build web ERP and management software: sales, invoicing, inventory, cash flow, document management, scheduling, workshop tracking or production traceability. They run in a plain web browser, with nothing to install.
Which network and security equipment do you manage?
We configure and manage Cisco switches and routers (VLANs, 802.1Q trunks, inter-VLAN routing, ACLs) and Fortinet FortiGate firewalls (filtering policies, NAT, web filtering). We set up site-to-site VPNs to link your branches and remote access VPNs (RA VPN) for teleworking.
Which systems do you administer?
Proxmox VE hypervisors and high-availability (HA) clusters with Proxmox Backup Server (PBS) backups, Windows Server with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy (GPO), and Ubuntu Server with Apache, PHP and MySQL/MariaDB. We also manage IIS web servers and Synology NAS.
What happens after delivery?
Every development comes with 3 months of free follow-up to fix any bugs and make adjustments. We then offer maintenance contracts to keep your software and infrastructure evolving.
