Networks & infrastructure
SMB SOFT designs, installs and manages reliable enterprise networks: VLAN segmentation, inter-VLAN routing, Cisco switching and routing, Fortinet FortiGate firewalls, Wi-Fi, site-to-site VPN between your branches and remote access VPN (RA VPN) for mobile staff. Servers & virtualisation
SMB SOFT sets up and manages your Proxmox VE hypervisors and high-availability (HA) clusters and Proxmox Backup Server (PBS) backups, as well as your Windows Server and Ubuntu Server machines: Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), file sharing, Apache and IIS web servers, MySQL / MariaDB databases, Synology NAS and workstations. Your business apps, document management and AI agents run on reliable, easy-to-restore virtual machines.

On-premise AI agents
SMB SOFT deploys artificial intelligence agents hosted on your company’s local network. Built on open source language models (LLMs) running with Ollama on your own servers, they integrate with your industrial projects, your OCR-enabled document management and your ERP: document search, data extraction, writing, task automation. Your data stays with you, with no dependency on an external cloud service.
- Private on-site AI with Ollama – Open source language models served by Ollama on a server in your network (physical or Proxmox VM), isolated in their VLAN and only reachable internally.
- Smart documents & OCR – Scanning, OCR and automatic indexing: the agent finds, summarises and compares your documents in natural language, citing its sources.
- Industrial projects – Production traceability, inspection reports, technical documentation, maintenance: the AI uses your shop-floor data and documents.
